Corn Bread Salad
Corn Bread Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium skillet corn bread, cooled and crumbled, 1 tomato, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped, 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped and 1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Crumble corn bread very fine.
Add other ingredients, adding mayonnaise last.
Dilute the mayo with small amount of water or milk to make thinner consistency.
When all is thoroughly mixed, refrigerate to chill before serving.
Garnish with cooked and crumbled bacon.
