Made with 2 (6 oz.) corn bread mix or 1 pan favorite recipe, 1 3/4 c. green onions, chopped, 1 large bell pepper, chopped, 3 large firm tomatoes, chopped and 10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or use bacon bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake corn bread according to directions on package.
Cool and crumble in large salad bowl.
Add all other ingredients. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
