Corn Beef Casserole
Corn Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1/3 c. chopped onions and 3 c. cooked egg noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook hamburger, onions, salt and pepper (do not brown).
Boil egg noodles and drain.
Drain grease from hamburger and mix all ingredients, including sour cream.
Melt margarine in a skillet. Tear bread into small pieces and add to margarine.
Mix well. Place meat mixture into casserole dish.
Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in 450Β° oven until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
