Corn Balls
Corn Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing croutons, 3 c. cooked whole kernel corn and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In saucepan, cook onion and celery in butter until entirely tender; set aside to cool.
In bowl, combine croutons, corn, eggs, water, salt and onion mixture; mix well.
Shape into 8 to 10 balls.
Place in ungreased shallow baking dish, uncovered, at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
