Corn Au Gratin
Corn Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 ears of corn (or 10 oz. frozen), 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. white pepper and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook about 1 quart cut up zucchini or yellow squash until tender.
Drain and chop coarsely.
In a small skillet, cook a large chopped onion in butter until soft.
Add 1/2 cup cream and 5 or 6 saltines or some bread crumbs.
Combine squash and onion mixture; salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into greased casserole; cover with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° until crumbs are brown.
