Corn and Onion Pie
Corn And Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. dill weed, 1 large onion, minced, 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix and 1 c. cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion in butter until soft.
Add sour cream.
Set aside. Combine dill, muffin mix, beaten egg, Tabasco, milk and salt. Pour this mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle 3/4 cup grated cheese on top.
Add onion and sour cream mixture and top with remaining grated cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes at 425°.
Cool slightly and cut into 9 squares.
Freezes well. Can be served with entrée or as an appetizer.
