Coriander Cookies
Coriander Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. sifted flour and 4 tsp. ground coriander, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Sift together flour, coriander, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Blend into creamed mixture and add water; beat well. Drop from spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
These are real good!
