Corby's Cheese Cake

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix first 3 ingredients together for crust.
Place on bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan.
Mix all other ingredients in bowl and pour on top of crust.
Bake for 45 minutes and leave in oven (with door open) for 1 hour.
Top with cherries, blueberries, etc.
