Copper Mountain Quiche
Copper Mountain Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 4 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. + 2 tbsp. flour, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach and 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine butter, cream cheese and 1 cup flour with a pastry blender until crumbly.
Press into pie plate to form crust. Refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cook spinach until tender. Drain and blot on paper towels to remove all excess water.
In a large bowl combine spinach and 2 Tablespoons flour.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into chilled shell and bake 1 hour or until set.
