Coolrise Sweet Dough
Coolrise Sweet Dough is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 c. flour, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. softened margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
Stir well to blend.
Add softened margarine.
Add hot water to bowl, all at once.
Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl.
Add eggs and 1 cup more flour.
Beat with mixer at high for 1 minute or until thick and elastic.
Add enough remaining flour until dough leaves sides of bowl.
Knead 5 to 10 minutes.
Cover and let rest 20 minutes. Punch down.
Shape and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
To bake, remove from refrigerator.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Bake at 350° to 375° for 20 minutes.
