Cool Whip Melba
Cool Whip Melba is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) cool whip (tint for color), softened, 1 large can peaches or fresh fruit (if canned, save 3 tbsp. juice) and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put peaches in a blender and purΓ©e.
Add 3 tablespoons juice and 1/2 cup sugar and mix well.
Put into greased Cool Whip container layering as you go (bang on table to get air bubbles out).
Optional
Add jelly or fruits to layers if you wish. Freeze for 24 hours.
Unmold and garnish.
Leftovers must be returned to freezer.
