Cool-Rise Rolls
Cool-Rise Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 pkg. yeast and 1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
Add margarine (softened) and water; beat 2 minutes.
Add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup flour; beat 1 minute.
Add enough flour to make soft dough.
Turn onto floured board and knead 10 minutes.
Let rise 20 minutes.
Make into dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
