Cool Rise Rolls
Cool Rise Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. warm water, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 c. oil and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine dry yeast, water and 2 tsp. sugar and set aside. Combine oil, sugar, water and salt.
Add the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour until a soft dough.
Let rise until double; punch down and let rise again.
Punch down and put into pans or make into balls about the size of golf balls.
Let rise overnight in a cool place.
Bake at 400 for 10 - 12 minutes for rolls.
