Cool Rise Cinnamon Rolls
Cool Rise Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 c. flour, 1/2 c. oleo, softened, 4 tsp. dry yeast or 2 envelopes, 2 eggs (room temperature) and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
Add oleo, hot water and eggs.
Beat with mixer for 2 minutes at medium speed. Gradually add remaining flour until it pulls away from sides of bowl.
Remove and knead until elastic.
Cover with plastic and towel and let rest 20 minutes.
Punch down and divide in half. Roll out and spread with oleo, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Roll into jelly roll and slice 1 to 1 1/2-inch slices.
Place in jelly roll pan.
Brush lightly with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in refrigerator overnight.
