Cool Rise Bread
Cool Rise Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. warm water, 2 tbsp. yeast, 1 3/4 c. warm milk, 1/4 c. brown sugar and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add warm milk, brown sugar, salt and margarine to yeast and water mixture.
Add 2 cups flour and oats.
Blend together.
Let rest for 20 minutes.
Add remaining flour; mix and knead until smooth.
Form loaves.
Brush with oil. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.
Bake in 400Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
