Cool Lime Salad
Cool Lime Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lime jell-o, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 c. crushed pineapple, 1 c. hot water and 1 c. (two 3 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix Jell-O, marshmallows, sugar and hot water.
Leave out of refrigerator until marshmallows are dissolved.
Cover and refrigerate until thickened.
Add whipped cream, pineapple, cream cheese and nuts.
Chill before serving.
