Cool Carrots
Cool Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, sliced thin, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. prepared mustard, 3/4 c. vinegar and 1 jar (small) sweet onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook carrots in water with salt until tender.
Drain.
Mix all other ingredients together in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Pour mixture over carrots.
Let stand 45 minutes.
Store in refrigerator.
