Cooking Applesauce
Cooking Applesauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. fruit juice or water, 4 apples, cut in eighths, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put liquid and 4 or 5 pieces of apple in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
Push blend and add remaining apples a few at a time.
Add sugar and cinnamon.
Yields about 2 cups.
