Cookies without Sugar
Cookies Without Sugar is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, 1 well beaten egg, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 c. dates, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put dates and raisins in 1/2 cup boiling water and let stand awhile, then drain.
Cream the butter and Sucaryl; add egg.
Sift flour, baking soda, spices and salt.
Add to the mixture.
Add vanilla, fruit and oatmeal.
Chill dough.
Drop by teaspoonful on greased baking sheet.
Bake 12 minutes in a 350Β° oven until slightly browned.
