Mix flour, sugar and salt.
In saucepan combine water, oleo, cocoa and Crisco oil; bring to a boil.
Add to flour mixture.
Add eggs, buttermilk and baking soda.
Pour on cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes in 350Β° oven.
