Cookie Sheet Cake
Cookie Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. shortening and 4 tbsp. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Sift together sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil the margarine, water and cocoa.
Add dry ingredients to this hot mixture.
Beat eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda.
Add to mixture.
Pour in cookie sheet pan and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
The last five minutes of baking make frosting.
