Cookie Sheet Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 sticks margarine and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put in saucepan and heat to a boil: 2 sticks margarine, 1 cup water and 3 tablespoons cocoa.
Mix 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Add to boiling ingredients and mix.
Beat 2 eggs and add 1 teaspoon soda, 1/2 cup buttermilk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add to cocoa mixture and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350Β°.
