Combine sugar, flour, soda and salt in large bowl.
Mix margarine, cocoa and water together and bring to a boil.
Pour over dry mixture and mix well.
Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 12 x 15 x 2-inch pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350Β°.
