Cookie Salad
Cookie Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. fudge stripe cookies, 2 small instant vanilla or white chocolate pudding mix, 2 c. buttermilk, 2 (9 oz.) whipped topping and 4 small cans mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Crumble 3/4 package cookies into bite-size pieces; set aside. Combine pudding and buttermilk thoroughly. Fold in whipped topping and then add the mandarin oranges. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, mix in the crumbled cookie pieces and then place the remaining whole cookies on top for decoration.
