Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
Then add the chips, grated candy bar and nuts.
Make golf ball-sized cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6 minutes.
Makes 112 cookies.
