Cookie Cake
Cookie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. oil and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place the sugar and flour in a mixing bowl.
Place the water, oil, margarine and cocoa in a saucepan.
Bring mixture in saucepan to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour cooked mixture over flour and sugar.
Beat well.
Add the eggs and buttermilk.
Add the vanilla; mix well.
Pour into floured and greased sheet pan, 1/2-inch deep.
Cook in preheated 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Start topping 10 minutes before cake is done.
