Cook It Quick is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 egg and 1 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Oil grill.
Mix flour, sugar and baking soda well.
Beat egg in a bowl.
Blend in buttermilk.
Add dry ingredients; beat until smooth.
Blend in margarine.
If thinner pancake is desired, add 1/4 cup more buttermilk.
Use about 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Put on grill and fry.
Serve immediately.
Good with sausage or bacon.
