Congo Squares
Congo Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. flour, 1 pkg. brown sugar, 3 eggs, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Melt Parkay.
Add brown sugar.
Stir until well mixed.
Allow to cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add dry ingredients, then add nuts and chocolate chips.
Cook in 300Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Cool, then cut into squares.
