Sift dry ingredients.
Melt margarine and add to sugar.
Mix well and allow to cool.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well, then add dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Bake in large greased cooking pan at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
