Congo Squares
Congo Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 sticks butter, 1 box light brown sugar, 3 large eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour, sifted and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter and add to brown sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add flour.
Batter will be stiff.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
Spread in a greased and floured 10 x 15-inch pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°. Do not overcook. Use toothpick in middle to test.
Store in plastic bag in a covered tin.
