Congo Squares
Congo Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. plain flour, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2/3 c. wesson oil and 2 1/4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add brown sugar to oil and mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add dry ingredients, then add nuts, chocolate chips and coconut.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut into squares.
