Congo Bars
Congo Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine, 1 box light brown sugar, 3 eggs, 2 2/3 c. flour and 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt margarine.
Add brown sugar.
Stir over heat.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs, flour with baking powder, nuts and chips. Mix all by hand.
Grease cookie sheet with margarine.
Spread batter into pan.
May have to spread by hand dipped in flour. Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
Cut into squares when cool.
May be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
