Congo Bars
Congo Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 stick margarine (melted), 1 box brown sugar, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Margarine, brown sugar and eggs.
Mix well.
Add chocolate chips, pecan pieces, and flour.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into an greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish.
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes, until cake springs bach when pressed in middle.
Cut into bars and serve.
