Congo Bars
Congo Bars is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. chocolate chip cookie dough, 2 pkg. cream cheese, 3 eggs and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease and flour 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs in large bowl.
Mix well.
Line baking pan with 1 package Pillsbury cookie dough, sliced.
Make sure dough is close together.
Fill with cream cheese and top with second package Pillsbury dough, sliced.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
