Congo Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. (2 1/4 c.) brown sugar, 2/3 c. melted margarine, 3 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix ingredients in order given; mix well after each egg addition.
Spread into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
