Congo Bar is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. box light brown sugar, 1 1/4 sticks margarine, 2 3/4 c. self-rising flour, 3 eggs and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Add other ingredients.
(Batter will be very thick.)
Pour into greased 9 x 11-inch pan.
Bake at 300° or 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cut into squares while warm.
