Congealed Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime or lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. cold water, 1 tbsp. minced onion and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Prepare gelatin with boiling water and cold water.
Add onion, salt and vinegar.
Blend and chill until slightly thickened (about 1 hour).
Add other ingredients, pour into mold and chill until firm.
