Congealed Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 c. hot water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and drained, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. large curd cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill until slightly congealed. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan or greased mold.
Chill until set.
