Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (6 oz.) peach or orange jello, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 c. fresh buttermilk and 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix jello, pineapple and juice and sugar.
Bring to a boil. Set aside to cool. Then add buttermilk and Cool Whip and mix. Pour in greased mold.
Let set in refrigerator overnight.
