Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small or 1 large pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1/4 lb. marshmallows, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Add 1 cup warm water (not boiling) and cream cheese until fluffy.
Add sugar, mayonnaise and gelatin to cream cheese.
Add pineapple, nuts and marshmallows; mix well.
Put into 10 to 12 individual molds.
