Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. pecans and 1 c. heavy whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat pineapple to boiling point.
Add gelatin and soften cream cheese to pineapple mixture and heat until cream cheese is mixed well and then take off burner.
Place gelatin mixture into bowl and add nuts and fold in whipped cream.
Place dish into the refrigerator until ready to serve.
