Congealed Salad is an easy salad you can prepare in just 34 minutes. Made with (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, c. buttermilk, to 1 c. pecans, finely chopped, (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin and (8 oz.) container whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat pineapple with juice to a boil. Add gelatin and mix well. Cool. Add buttermilk, nondairy whipped topping and nuts.
Mix well. Refrigerate.
