Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small lemon or cherry jello, 1/2 c. water, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Simmer 1/2 cup of water with the pineapple juice drained from the can.
Add jello and stir while it is simmering until it is dissolved.
Add mayonnaise and milk; beat with mixer.
Add nuts, cherries, pineapple and cheese.
Put in refrigerator until congealed.
