Congealed Salad
Congealed Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large box jell-o (apricot or peach), 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 large carton cool whip and 1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix Jell-O and pineapple and heat until Jell-O dissolves. Refrigerate until cool.
Then add buttermilk, Cool Whip and nuts. Add to Jell-O mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
