Confetti Torte is an easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy.
Gradually beat in sugar and continue beating until very stiff and glossy. Fold in vanilla.
Turn 2 (8-inch) cake pans upside down.
Cover with brown paper.
Spread with meringue. Bake in 275Β° oven for 1 hour.
