Confetti Salad
Confetti Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. coarsely grated carrot and 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook peas according to package directions or until just tender.
Remove from heat; drain and cool.
In large bowl, gently toss together peas, eggs, celery, carrot, pickle relish and onion. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, salad seasoning and mustard; toss with vegetable mixture.
Cover and chill.
Makes 4 servings.
