Confetti Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. dry onion, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), 1 soup can milk and 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine potatoes, soup and milk; add cheese, onion, green pepper, pimento, pepper and 1/2 cup of cracker crumbs.
Pour into shallow casserole; top with remaining crumbs.
