Confetti Jello Cake
Confetti Jello Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. jello (cherry, lemon, lime, orange or strawberry), 8 oz. pineapple juice, 1 pt. heavy cream, 1/2 c. water and 1 pkg. knox gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare jello the day before in 3 different pans; when molded, cut in small cubes.
Mix jello cubes.
Beat heavy cream and sugar and whip.
Melt Knox gelatin in 1/2 cup warm water and add pineapple juice.
Mix gelatin with heavy cream by hand.
Line bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan with Lady Fingers and fill with gelatin and heavy cream mixture.
Refrigerate until set.
