Confectioners Candy
Confectioners Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box 10x confectioners sugar, 1/3 c. evaporated cream, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/3 stick margarine and 18 pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream margarine and sugar together and add cream.
When batter is about the consistency of biscuit dough, add vanilla.
Color as desired.
Pinch off dough in bits about the size of a pecan.
Roll in hands and flatten slightly on waxed paper.
Top with 1/2 pecan. Yields approximately 36 pieces.
