Coney Slaw
Coney Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, prepared mustard, 1 to 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vinegar and salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grate cabbage.
Stir in mustard until mixture is a bright yellow.
Add sugar and vinegar and stir well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
